I think Dorf and the Dentist need to be publicly flogged for their ridiculos lawsuits. I insure many dentist and can say for sure, they don’t make 25 mil over their lifetime. Also, how do you suffer post traumatic stress 3 days after an incident? Give me a break. These two should be on the cover of the National Enquirer.

Here we go with the litigation. Starting with the most ridiculous, of course. You would expect such things from the guy who was so horribly burned, but these people are simply snakes.

I was scared by reading the news….Aw, what the heck, I’ll just ride on the shirt tails of the dentist. Can only hope these are thrown out before they get too far.

These two people (especially Dorf) should be drawn and quartered and then hung publicly to show people what happens to lying, gold-digging money grubbing whores.

Agree with all your comments. Even thought the city inspected the intersectin earlier in the day, they wouldn’t have had any indication a disaster was brewing. When a spontaneous burst occurs, there are no indicators. The dentist is a jerk. If his rich clients can’t put up with their less than perfect smile for a couple more weeks due to this catstrophic event, too bad. At the risk of sounding insensitive, the poor soul with 3rd degree burns over 90% of his body should not be subjected to extraordinary efforts to save his life. For all intents and purposes, he will have no quality of life. Just because medical science can keep a heart beating doesn’t always mean it’s the right thing to do.
