Paul Browne’s comment makes no sense. To think terrorist will choose more attractive targets and to concentrate your anti-terrorism resouces there is a bit short-sighted. The saavy terrorist will avoid a well protected area and opt for one with easier access. They look to maximize damage/death and they don’t discriminate as to where. We keep doing the same things and expect a different outcome. Ain’t gonna happen. We either sit down with our enemies and try to find a win-win solution, or we eliminate them from the face of the earch. These cat and mouse games serve limited purpose.
