    This is all about the state and trial lawyers wanting control. There is adequate capacity in PA to do this. It’s also about politically connected underfinanced insurance carriers that have pull with the legislature.

    Higher med mal limits? That’s what I’m all about…we lawyers need a bigger take…for the little people. Ha Ha.

    This just means that the PA taxpayers will continue to pay for the injuries and deaths caused be medical screw-ups.
