Bingo. FEMA assistance should be deniedif flood and/or homeowners insurance was available in the voluntary market and people just gambled that they wouldn’t need it. I’m tired of subsidizing irresponsible people. It creates dependency and abuse. And there is no valid argument that people in north jersey can’t afford insurance.
