    Proof that we are a litigious society!

    Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery; and unless he has violated tradmark, trade dress or other such protections – I don’t think there’s any redress.

    Also, just ’cause the dressing is allegedly the same, the fact that she said not to make it any place else is parole evidence and if no formal contract exists, again – no redress.

    Lacking any formal contract or non-compete agreement, or any violation of patent, trademark, etc – she is shellfish-out-of-luck.

    But again, I may be wrong.
