This is only an excuse for insurers to bilk more money out of the poor and to put in the hands of the rich. I have never been in an accident and have poor credit, and pay out the nose for insurace because of my credit score. Example Allstate quoted me a price without running my credit and that quote was for $443.00 for a six month policy. When they ran my credit and driving record the price went up to $1200.00 for a six month period. Tell me they didnt base it soley on the credit score. Do away with the credit score based policy and let the driving record speak for itself.

look at the financial results to the ins cos with advent of credit scores. since they say this is a means to predict who is more likely to have a claim. so there is a premium charge for that. what if you do not have a claim. ask them for that part of your premium back since you did not have a claim.how dare you. there are numerous inequities in credit scoreing, which are not in favor of the consumer.
