(AZ Bar Assoc. utilizing my docs. forcing JH to stop practicing Law 5-2010).
I can’t believe AZ.didn’t disbar him, nor any authority bring criminal charges against JH & his wife, for forgery, conspiracy, embezzelment, racketeering, money laudering, abandonment, fales statement, purgery and more. It is known they cureently live in Sacramento, continue a Law Practice and Accounting with MBA credentials.
JH lied to me about the investigations, concealed vast evidence, and his dealings with Hurd.
It is quite disturbing NJ blamed me, for something I did not know about, things conspiringly hidden from me, and I never ever knew about, yet additionally I had made it clear, no new business could be on the books, at that time. So JH, Esq., his wife, and possibly others utilizing FORGERIES of signatures, and commenced producing policies by forgery. It would be intersting to hear Mr.Hurds truthful comments about JH and his gang.
My point, how may NJ blame someone (me) for no involvement whatsoever, NJ knowing who the culprits were, and one criminal Mr. Hurd admitting, he did not send premiums to the insurer.

It has been less than about two years since the FBI has told me, the case is in the open, I can may now warn the public, and also defend myself?
The three N.J. Ins. Dept’s. investigators that were involved curent excuses are, the Judge ruled on information he had at the time, and say “can’t remeber what we the N.J. Ins. Dept. said and promissed back in 2004”.
