How can any consumer have faith in their health insurance provider when the officers designed to police them simply roll-over and let them trample customers?
Sadly with health insurance, the stakes are too high; leaving people with impaired lives and serious financial problems when they parted with hard earned money to protect themselves…?
Let the whole story be told. After an investigation by the CT DOI the company was ordered to pay for the known claims involved and was informed that after a further comprehensive audit is completed, and more files reviewed for compliance, a fine would be levied. Facts reported by The Hartford Courant but conveniently dropped from the AG\’s press releases.
While Mr. Blumenthal is widely admired for his hard work and diligence the fact of the matter is he detests the current Insurance Commissioner. He\’ll do anything to place her in a bad light. Including trampling through the DOI\’s jurisdictional back yard on insurance issues that may be better off left to the DOI.
