    pretty scary reading, good thing the cops &
    industry was able to catch up to these guys after HOW MANY ? cars stolen ???]
    The question really is: How can legislation;- make that FEDERAL legislation stop these crooks by cutting them off from a dollar-hungry key-code provider
    Remember those losers who learned to fly planes coming just from a photo id ?

    boy, only having to give up half my earnings when caught in a felony? WHAT A DEAL.

    they were only fined 750K each. I mean, it\’s not like they had to BUY the cars.

    Keeping 1.5 mil doesn\’t seem such a bad punishment
