You know, the usual – lost wages, pain & suffering, loss of consortium…..

How insensitive. Animals are suffering. We\’ll need to get an attorney and sue the general liability carrier of the school system for \”failure to provide a safe work place\”. Oops it might not cover critters.

So are there specific exclusions in the general policy language that covers the animals? They are, after all, personal property of the insured….

Well, if they were working at the time (perhaps en route they practiced for the presentation), then they should be covered under her workers\’ compensation policy. And if she did not have one then she is in a world of trouble.

I suppose we could cover them under at least 1 type of insurance. In any case, all of these posts have been hilarious and a welcome addition to the day. Much more lighthearted than some of the other posts on other articles. I think my personal favorite is the one by bob laublaw though.

    Thank you everyone. :)

The auto policy does not cover personal property and the homeowners which does, has an animal exclusion.

The toad\’s name is Rodney King and the incident was video taped.

Maybe she was trying to teach Aesop\’s Fables by example. But in order to even things out, she blinded the hare so that the tortoise (or any other animal) had a fair chance.

I love the way you small minded busy bodies are able to amuse your selves with your lame little attempts at humor.
