Lower rates and raise benefits in a State that had rate inadequacy issues before this bill passed. There\’s a great solution!!!

The capping of the permanent partial benefits is a big deal, and without a doubt the lack of any increase in maximum benefits since 1992 was patently ridiculous. The new law does a good job addressing those issues.

I\’d like to see the Labor Law fixed too.

How about a revision in NYS employees actually having accountability at there jobs. If you have ever been to Albany and witnessed the country club lifestyles during working hours that is where Eli needs to start. The Workers Comp issue should be secondary to this new program. We taxpayers waste more $$$$$$ than you can imagine.
