I think this case should be thrown out immediately and the plaintiffs sould be exiled. A strong statement is what is needed to stop this kind of crap.
It\’ already bad enough with frivolous lawsuits and bloated rewards. Now we\’re going to go down the road of allowing people with no claim or case to bring a lawsuit and collect a reward under the guise of representing unnamed people who might be hurt later on?
That means I can sue the city I work in. I can look outside my window and see the light swaying in the wind. I can argue that they are not adequately secured to the ground and might fall over in high winds and hurt someone. I should be richly rewarded.
A revolution is coming and it\’s going to be ugly. Socialism will fail.

The IMPORTANT PART “BUBBA” misses is the parts were designed SO BADLY that injury-death were real outcomes.
I came within one small spark of being burned alive due to a car repair shop doing such GROSS errors that they are obvious to a high school kid. Defendants are trying to say they have no money.
I agree with Bubba on all other points, but each case is “a case by case” matter-LOL or tears??
