This may be the cause of so many injured workers being denied benfits. I know of a couple of individuals injured at work, and one is just being offered $60,000.00
to settle his case after being injured in 1999. They have made him go through five operations, from the neck, spine, hips etc. and now they want to settle for such a fee. I can understand why now.
