Spending time in jail for insurance fraud would be a deterant if more people were convicted. It still took 3 years to convict this one guy!

Sort of like the death penalty, it\’s hardly a deterent when you don\’t use it!

The death penalty could be a better deterrent if we would put in an express lane like they did in Texas. The more, the better!!

Who cares about the deterrent factor? The death penalty is for punishment, and not a single criminal who\’s been put to death has ever hurt another victim. Incarceration for insurance fraud would most certainly be a deterrent as well as punishment. Get a grip, people!

Consider your source MSU ? Having grown up in Washington DC Handgun murder capital of the world and where it is illegal to even own a handgun also DC has no death penalty–cross over to Virgina where you can take a handgun home today but has a death penalty and review the handgun murder rates for DC compared to Arlington or Fairfax County. If it not gun ownership or availabilty what is it? Loser liberals!! I hope you are the victim of a crime one day so you can see just how terrible you liberals have made our justice system. There is an old saying if you want justice go to a ***** house if you want to get screwed go to the court house!
