You decide whether this plan will be off the ground properly by the timeframe indicated. I say it won\’t. I say that it has been flawed from the start. I say that it will cause the largest market disruption this State has ever seen. More costs for system retooling and expensive education for CAR, every carrier, the Registry, the DOI, every agent, and a complete mess for the consumer. Good luck trying to get your claims and service calls answered by the direct writers. Some have said that this will bring in more direct writers to help with the homeowners problem.
