Again, interesting info but who cares unless we know what insurance company is agonizing over having written a demo contractor for some big-time agency, how the death claim on the comp is going,is insured being cancelled mid-term (and by whom), any illegal certs out, etc.,etc, etc.?
Im not sure if the case has been settled but the company has an asbestos lic. under baystate contracting services call 1-617-727-7047 for violations,or fax request to 1-617-727-7568.The insurer may be Associated Employers Insurance company 54 third ave. po box 4070 burlington mass. 01803
