Govt control of private industry was known as Fascism in Italy, and National Socialism in Germnany, in the 1930\’s & 40\’s.

Did we lose a war or something?

If the legislator does for Wal-Mart employees what they did for BG&E customers when they passed their phony \’rate relief plan\’ (that actually forces ratepayers to pay more), won\’t Wal-Mart employees now get fewer benefits?

I’ve said it before; the State Legislator has usurped power from the people and violated the provisional authority we gave them. I urge every Marylander to vote against every incumbent this fall regardless of party!

All MD legislators should be forced to hear read Frederick bastiat\’s book, The Law. In it he clearly spells out what is being done, not only in \”The Free State\” (HA!) but in most legislatures today: government is being used as an instrument of coersion and plunder, and has therefore become an illegitimate tyranny.

    Mr. Romoser:

I think it\’s time for National Health Care. It\’s the only way we can receive the proper medical care. Kaiser Permanente is the closest we have to National Health Care, and they are a wonderful company and very easy to obtain treatment.

I\’m voting Democrat regardless of who is running.

Let\’s give the power back to the people.

Your remarks are too stupid to take seriously. I will pretend that you are not just leading us on and ask, Why do Canadians and Brits who can afford to come to the US for surgery? Answer: because minor heart surgery can take up to six months to obtain under their commie health systems.

    Move to Cuba.

Communism and fascism and all the other socialistic agendas have failed everywhere they were tried.
The problem is they all lead to laziness. We are responsible for our own choices and decisions. Everyone has access to healthcare in this country. Not everyone has purchased health insurance.
Mickey—-use your brain, that is why God gave you one. Voting democrat gives power to the people?????? High taxes-power to the people…Do you mean to uncle sam? More government control…less choices for you and me…Government telling and ordering us what to do….power to the people?
Dems only want power for powers sake. All of their lovely government \’solutions\’ have failed…ALL of them.
Land of the free…GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH. This means freedom to even make stupid decisions like what you are suggesting!!
