As a Erie scratch agent for the past 5 years and while i was not a agent working with erieconnection I must say that when you are given such a great opportunity to work for the best group of people in the industry you dont mind helping with a worthwhile project because thats what families do and Erie treats its agents like family.

(For those of you who watch \”The Simpsons\”, I hope you got that)

In all seriousness, I feel very sorry for those poor (mostly scratch) agents who chose to be guinea pigs for the beta version. I heard writing policies was extremely difficult… At least now Erie has the sense to move on, although they could have cut their losses about 2 years ago.

I can\’t understand why Erie would spend so much on new technology then drop it to go back to what they have been doing before. Who chose the software company that was working on ErieConnection and why was that company chosen?
