    Gee, I wonder how the attorneys feel when the shoe is on the other foot. Of course it is all about the money with them, it almost always is. Kennedy himself would know that.
    Case law against plaintiff attorneys, glad it is Friday as that is even more reason to celebrate!!!

    Attorneys do not mean to be greedy. They just want to have the same oportunity like other businesses. Well They now havr the same opportunity to pay like every other business. Welcome to the world of bbusiness

    I hope the punitive award equals that of the hot coffee case for Mc Donalds and hope these guys get sanctioned by the bar or better yet, disbarred. GREED got this group. Next lawyer get in line please.

    Can we assume the attorneys in this case will be more than fined? All trust in them is lost and should overshadow any belief they are redeemed and will ever work in the best interest of a client. Disbarment seems ever so much a consideration. What about any oath they may have taken?
