What\’s next, the lead in gasoline?
If I\’m not mistaken, don\’t you have to ingest the leaded paint? The poor kids in ghettos eat the chipped and flaking paint-is that the fault of Sherwin Williams?

Yup. And a Rhode Island jury was convinced that society pays too when a
kid who ingests lead paint, even lead dust, ends up with developmental problems, in special needs classes, and generally, an unproductive adult.

As most landlords\’ policies have lead paint exclusions, this outcome is hardly
    astounding.

Here in MA insurance agents and brokers have to pay an annual $25 \”Lead Paint Fee\” before we can renew our insurance licenses. What the hell do we have to do with lead paint??? The makers of the paint continued to put lead in even after they became aware of the health issue. The biggest culprit is the opening and closing of windows and doors as the fine particles are then breathed in…but the flakes and chips are also sweet and most kids put stuff in their mouths..
