They should have put the actual web address SAFERSYS.ORG, but I believe that they only track companies that have filed with USDOT. But there had to had have been vehicle inspections to collect this data. There is no way to investigate state-only DOT filed companies, which will be the case if they do not carry for others & only work within a state.
