Will someone please tell people that insurance can\’t be purchased after the fact?

I really hope that the court dismisses this case in 5 seconds.

If you ask me the agents E&O losses are not looking so good anymore…. You do not issue Certificates for a Comapny that has no coverage – HELLO?????
Whoever issued the COI needs to take responsibility, as this is something you learn in the most basic of classes for Insurance. Were they not paying attention when they cashed the $40K check?????

true, true, true, huge E & O exposure here, separately on the part of both the agent and the trucking company….
