    …a court finally rendered a common sense opinion. Think we can get the flood coverage lawsuits moved to New Jersey?

    Better yet, put this judge on the Supreme Court, along with the one that said an unapproved joyride by an unlicensed driver doesn\’t obligate the insurer to provide coverage.

    Have hope, all ye people tired of unnecessary litigation. Intelligence may yet prevail!
