I\’m curious what really happened in this situation? I can\’t imagine the company or the insurance department went after her just because of the application. I figure one of the kids that \”didn\’t live with her\” had an accident in one of the vehicles she insured, and that\’s when it hit the fan? This should serve as a reminder to Agents to make sure all drivers are listed or excluded, and that EVERY applicant signs their application.
