I think this article was very interesting. I think our state govenments need to be more aggressive with trying to prevent drunk driving especially among teenagers, just this month, we had 3 accidents involving 3 fatalities in Gloucester county. All three involved inexperienced teenager drivers, either drunk or inattentive (cell phone) while driving. In all of these cases, all of the teens that died did not have on their seatbelts
