I feel for these doctors. Being from Mississippi, I have seen many doctors move or stop practicing due to the abuse they take on these class action suits and the large premiums they have no choice but to pay. They spend thousands of dollars and have no choice but to shut down their practice sometimes. Hopefully there will be some relief throughout the country as well, not only Maryland.
All you can see is reform dying, the doctors were bought off by the Democrats offer to supplement or refund some of the insurance, by imposing a HMO tax on the citizens.
