james turner and joe nichols got arrested in june and snitched on the other people about the auto theft so they wouldnt go to jail.they had there phones tapped for a year. the investigators new everything about them but didnt know who else was involved until they got indicted and got scared and started talking . those guys didnt spend a night in jail but i did .those to guys got caught first including rudy and worked a deal with the investigators telling them who else was involved so they wouldnt have to go to jail and all three of them are known felons james and joe did not sit a day in jail.but rudy did cause he was the supposed brains behind the whole thing dont trust them dudes. there snitches.they worked with the feds to help catch everyone else. so they wouldnt go down for it all by themselves. they pretty much walked except for rudy , rudy was already on two concurrent 5 year probation terms and got caught with a gun and 20,000 dollars in the trunk of a stolen car. when rudy got arrested he was meeting this guy that supposively had a chop shop and was bringing him cars that were gona later be insurance fraud .the guy then paid him but this was going on for a yearand the feds let him build up his case and james and joe where his partners and rudy acually got popped at the end of april and then james his brother and joe got popped in the beginning of june and the rest of us got popped at the end of july after they all started helping the feds with the case. me and few other people got caught up at the end of july and had sealed indictments meaning that they knew about everything that we did and theres was no way to know unless james turner and joe nichols said what we did. i got statements proving that they talked . the 4 possesion charges i got only joe and james knew that i had taken those cars at some point cause i didnt even get caught with anything . the investetgators came to my apartment and had a warrent and said they already knew everything about the whole deal .how i was taken the cars and where i got them from and the whole deal .i got arrested for a possesion charge and i wasnt even possesing what they charged me with .but the funny thing is that james and joe and rudy brought me to get those 4 cars i was charged with.so i said to my lawyer how can i get charged for possesion when they didnt even find anything on me or where i was living .my lawyer said im getting charged on the grounds that at one time i possesed those cars and the only people that knew i took the cars from the dealership were james and joe and rudy. so know whose the snitch
james and joe are both punks those guys are so ***** . they got so scared when they got arrested and ratted on the whole opearation . i had nothing to do with the insurance fraud but i was part of the auto theft and how it was happening was rudy ,james ,and joe were partners and they would buy wrecked cars with clean titles and and i would go online to find the exact car same color same model and everything and i would then take the key from the wrecked car and then go to the dealership and ask the salesman if i could just take a look at the car real quick and the salesman would give me the key and i would take the key from the wrecked one and because they looked the same i would switch them without them knowing and hand them back the key for the wrecked car i would then leave the lot and only 4 times i could remember that rudy, james ,and joe brought me back to get the car after the dealership was closed . otherwise i had a friend that would bring me .he never got caught but anyway i would put a plate on the back of the car and then just drive right of the lot and bring the car to rudys house and he would pay me for it.and thats how u steal a car the smart way. and if james joe and rudy could have kept there mouths shut a lot more people wouldnt have gotten caught cause it funny that the four times they brought me to pick up a car . those were there four cars that i ended up getting charged with possesing, 7 weeks after joe james and rudy all got arrested. that seems kinda strange right ? they all swore they didnt talk. but how else could the feds know it was me . i knew those guys brought heat to newburgh for the car insurance fraud so i used pay phones and had a prepaid phone and thats how i would contact them and they would contact me . they would call my prepaid phone and i never spoke abput anything on the phone i would meet up with them and then talk about the next job.thats why u can never do anything with anyone u cant trust anyone anymore.everyone wants to save there own ***.
