How many cab drivers let u go around them with fare? If i was being attacked in my car in front of people why would I get out to confront that person or persons. Wasn’t Judge Susan Winfield in court just before for reckless driving and tried to use her employment status to bribe the arresting officer before being taken to jail. This guy never stood a chance.
