The parts manufacturer or distributor would be the source of any warranty. Of course, the repair shop is really the only one who gets an earful if there’s a problem. NJ is going backwards in reducing insurance rates if they press the 5 year old use issue. Are they going to regulate the shops from not installing AM parts when OEM has been paid for in an appraisal?
