I read your article and want you to know that I know the person who was accused and convicted of the billing scam. I was a client who received services from her for many years. I can attest that this person was falsely accused and is innocent of the accusations made by the insurance companies and the state of NJ prosecutors. There is allot going on behind the scenes that the public doesn\’t know about. The insurance companies are scared of this women and went after her with a vengeance because if she won the trial it would change the electrology industry. Then the electrology industry would be made legitimate and they would have to be paid millions of dollars in claims. Money was the issue for the insurance companies and the NJ Dept. of Insurance and Banking. This is another case of shutting up honest and hard working people who care about their clients and who care about instituting positive change that would benefit these clients.
