It’s great that CMC and others have formed a new med-mal carrier for NEPA, but the new company doesn’t address the underlying problems in NEPA – greedy, half-truth telling attorneys and older, less educated people. The advertisements on NEPA TV stations “planting” all types of ideas of malpractice, injury and the all infamous “we’re the people’s lawfirm” are all filled with half-truths.
I wish them good luck, because they’ll need it. I give them 3 years
