it is unbeleavable that 6 inches of snow shut down the state . while trying to get thru pa , i coul;dnt help but notice that pendot was using PARKED plow and salt trucks to hold road closed signs. seems to me if they had of used them for there purpose the roads would not have had to be closed .on 322 west i past 2 pendot trucks parked on the shuolder while the drivers were wacthing cars slide off the road . if pendot had of been out there when this mess started instead of doing nothing till everything froze there would have been little or no problems … ny.just recievd over 12 feet of snow in 6 days with out any major problems .. maby pendot could get lessons from nydot. on how to plow a road ….
