They deny claims, and if you fight them, they use a staff of IN-HOUSE lawyers to drain you financially thru the court system..
I cant say they don’t pay but i can say they pay what they feel like paying and snicker if you bother to get a fair settlement. They use Massachusettes State Law to make it more difficult
