N.Y. Contractor Faces $130,000 in Fines Following Worker Death at Jobsite

    If a serious fine is $1,500.00, then what’s a minor fine $100.00. Did the Comp or G.l carrier ever do an jobsite inspection, especially since it seems that the insured has been cited for these problems before,

    Would not the underwriter or at least the loss control representative for the company be able to look at the insured’s OSHA log to see if ther were any problems in the past
