    We the people of NY, feel so safe – Mr. Spitzer is on a roll. First Wall Street, now Marsh, these two ambl. guys – next AIG! What a great state employee! Can he cost us any MORE money!

    It’s about time someone is actively looking at practices of our industry. Too bad it’s the AG but other agencies and regulators just aren’t getting the job done. I think restoring the integrity of corporate America is vital for our continued economic success. Personally, I find it disgusting that public corporations have been misleading us the consumers and us the shareholders. Public corporations have a special responsibility and since when are regulators not supposed to regulate and just look the other way?
