All assets owned by this perp. should be impounded and sold until the full amount of the theft, including interest, and prosection costs are recovered. Unfortunately, it is likely that most assets would be protected from seizure.

If the charges stick, the State should not require the professional Standards Board to decide whether his license should be revoked.

Funny, when I suffered depression, the insurer made me jump through so many hoops after a while I gave up trying to file claims forms and wound up paying the doctor out of my own pocket even though my insurance allegedly covered mental illness.

Its awful to say, anonymous, but this “doctor” is the exact reason for why your insurance carrier made you jump through hoops. Criminals like this are the reason that insurance companies turn into the “bad guys.” Insurance companies have to make everybody jump through hoops in order to weed out the fraud. Unfortunately, this, often times, only negatively affects the innocent, law abiding citizens trying to process a claim.

    Lock him up…yes!
The rest of us are paying for this fraud, and many many others like him. This guy also happens to be my mother’s psychiatrist. Her name is probably on some of these phony claims.
