It is only fair that basements get compensated for flood damages. We use every single space available in our homes why should we banned from our basements?
I was surfing to 10-15 sites to try and get flood insurance before closing. I completed 10 or more forms, however I was only contacted by a LIVE PERSON when I wnet to http://www.njfloodinsurance.org. They emaild me and we talked that same day and I emailed them back minutes later at(customerassistance@njfloodinsurance.org)
to tell them I’m ready to buy and I did that same day!
