Aboslutely not compensible – it is about time there is an appropriate ruling. This was not job related – it was vouyer-related. Everyone I knew that was down there – including myself- left NYC as soon as we could turn away & get home- however we could. What did this person want? CAR SERVICE? Are there not enough people truly suffering loss?
as I can appreciate this man’s stress, if allowed to stand this would open the door for everyone in this country to file a claim based on post traumatic stress. everyone was affected by just watching the events on tv. no one is immuned from this horror.

i agree with the decision. it was correct. glad to see the law applied and upheld.
