It is unfortunate that these articles are written but never tell the whole story or the results of the case.
In this matter, State Farm Insurance failed to compensate me for a sotlen car since I had 2 other claims over the past 10 years. They obviously have a deal with the Albany DA as these charges were brought against me.
It forced me to travel from NC and hire a lawyer to defend myself. My lawyer pushed for resolution for almost a year at which point the case was dropped as the DA had no evidence to prosecute me.
It is a telling tale of how insurance companies work with the justice system to save money and disrupt citizens lifes.
I am posting this as I have no other avenue to clear my name of these false charges.
