    Mr. Coleman,
As a moisture intrusion consultant, I have inspected commercial and residential properties in 30 states.
For over 20 years, I have specialized in EIFS, stucco, and cultured stone, but expanded into flashing, roofs and below-grade leaks.
Your article is most interesting, but, unfortunately, many of the defects I find are latent defects, often found 12-15 years after construction. Do you have any recommendations on how to approach WV or OH legislators to extend the time for legal recourse for latent defects?
Any information or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
My background, if you are interested, can be seen on LinjkedIn.

    Sincerely,
    Mike Minigh
