Bennett is wrong about “100 days after the accident”. The rule is “100 days of hospitalization” whether consecutive or not. We obtained the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and Additional Findings of Fact in the case of Baylor v. Denmark. One lien covered an admission 114 days after the accident and another 149 days after the accident. The last day covered by the lien was 172 days after the accident. The Dallas Court of Appeals upheld both liens in Baylor University Medical Center v. Travelers Insurance Company, 587 S.W.2d 501 (Tex.Civ.App.-Dallas 1979, reh. den.)
