Sounds like the people are more worried about a couple hundred dollars than their cops raping people. Disgusting

As someone that was there incarcerated in the jail when this went down, I am very sad if someone was forced to do something against their will. Powers entrusted to the offices knew better and should have conducted themselves with professionalism. I can say that there was a lot of misconduct going on in that jail. Male trustees even had keys to the door of the female inmate’s restroom that opened into the male housing area. There was a rotating roster all night throw that door. I mined my own business, but the biggest injustice going on was the harassing treatment that the other female inmates endured including myself from the female inmates that was selling sexual favors to staff and trustees for cigarette’s, candy and other luxury’s. The female inmates participating in this sex acts feared that the males would look at someone other than them. That females not involved suffered harassing abuse and threats of physical violates. Bullied in attempt to keep us away from their action and there dirty secrets. It was so bad that I signed for a 4 year felony to leave the abuse rather than sever out 3 to 6 months sentence as a misdemeanor. A felony sentence that to this day is still costing my family and I in ways that hurt to express. What I saw was not the pain of those women that sold themselves willfully. It was the pain that the rest of us suffer at their dirty controlling hands. So if there were force involved justice was served. To the females that made profit off of the Delaware County residents hard work, as well as the suffering of fellow inmates. My you rot in hell, and find NO joy in the money you received.
