TriageLogic, a national telemedicine company, announced a new telehealth product for businesses. Continuwell promises to decrease employee sick days and healthcare costs by providing 24/7 on-demand nurses and doctors to evaluate callers and determine appropriate care. Continuwell differentiates itself with its free nurse-first model, where nurses use doctor-written guided protocols to evaluate callers and determine the care needed to resolve their symptoms. Nurses provide the necessary care without the need of a doctor in three out of four cases, saving the cost of a telehealth doctor visit and making the system more affordable.

Continuwell nurses are available for free to all members. They direct employees to the appropriate level of care, with many callers receiving a home care plan without the need for a doctor. If the caller’s symptoms require a doctor evaluation or a prescription, the nurses transfer the caller to one of our U.S. Board Certified doctors, or the company’s preferred telemedicine doctor company. Continuwell is a 24/7/365 service, even available during holidays and weekends.
