Crawford Global Technical Services Expands Team in Illinois

Atlanta-based Crawford & Company, a global independent provider of claims management solutions, named Richard Grganto national general adjuster for Crawford GTS. A 25-year industry veteran, Grganto will based in Schaumburg, Ilinois.

Grganto worked for Crawford from 1991 until 2004, as branch manager for the Crawford
Chicago Property Center.

In a separate announcement, the company appointed a new executive management team at Garden City Group, LLC. GCG offers legal administration for class action settlements, mass tort matters, bankruptcy cases and legal notice programs.

Cutshaw_KennethKenneth A. Cutshaw was named interim chief executive officer for GCG. Cutshaw has excelled in a wide spectrum of work and leadership environments including C-level business management, law partnership, academics, entrepreneurial ventures, government management, political management and foreign policy. He becomes a member of Crawford global executive management team, reporting to Crawford interim president and CEO Harsha V. Agadi.

Cirami_StephenThe additional executive management team members will report to Cutshaw and include new executive vice president and chief operating officer Stephen J. Cirami. Cirami was formerly GCG’s senior vice president of operations and is a former class action attorney. He is a nationally renowned expert on all aspects of class action notice and administration and has been with GCG for more than 12 years.

Nader_ScottIn addition, Scott D. Nader was appointed executive vice president and general counsel for GCG. Nader previously served as the chief counsel for the former Crawford Americas segment, and he has more than 19 years’ experience advising and leading organizations in various sectors.

Former FBI National Security Executive Joins Navigant

Navigant named Bob Anderson, former national security executive with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, managing director in the Global Legal Technology Solutions practice. Anderson will lead Navigant’s Information Security practice and his background and experience expand the firm’s investigative and incident response capabilities.

Anderson is a recognized expert in cyber security, incident response, cyber hacking, counterintelligence and economic espionage matters with nearly 30 years of experience in law enforcement.

Horsemen Welcomes New Director of Island Operations

California-based Horsemen Inc, an investigative company, announced the appointment of Mike Redman, a seasoned insurance veteran with 20 years of experience, as director of Island Operations. Redman will be responsible for successful business relationships and business development in Hawaii.

Previously, he managed the claim and loss prevention departments at Hawaii Employers’ Mutual Insurance Company for 11 years. Redman has also held key positions at Berkley Risk Administrators and Edwards Risk Management Services.

Redman has served as the past president of Hawaii Claim Managers Association and holds the designation of Workers’ Compensation Professional from the American Society of Work Comp Professionals.

JLT Specialty USA Appoints Reese as Senior Vice President

JLT Specialty USA, a U.S. subsidiary of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc., global specialty-focused providers of insurance, reinsurance and employee benefits related advice, brokerage and associated services, announced the appointment of Matt Reese as senior vice president.

Reese will be based in Chicago, where his primary focus will be driving business development and serving clients across all of JLT’s Specialties. In his role, Reese will utilize his technical risk management and insurance expertise to deliver superior risk solutions to domestic and multinational clients.

With years of experience solving complex insurance problems, he comes to JLT Specialty USA having led the Chicago operations for Hays Companies. Prior to Hays Companies, Reese was a practice leader for USI in Chicago, where he was responsible for leading, managing, and growing the commercial insurance operations.
