Making Subrogation While the Hay Shines

    The whole subrogation industry is based on greed and plays a large reason on why lawyers have a sorry reputation. These are the bottom feeders, these people couldn’t practice law as it was intended, so they seek to make people suffer for their own gain. Make no mistake, these people are the scum of the legal profession.

      I’m pretty sure you don’t fully understand what subrogation is. It’s your insurance company recovering claim dollars it pays to you, in order that your premiums can be lower in years to come. I think you are conflating insurance company lawyers (subrogation) with trial lawyers (personal injury). You probably should have paid more attention in school.
