Ventiv Technology Announces Leadership Team

Ventiv Technology (formerly Aon eSolutions), a provider of risk, insurance and safety software solutions, announced that the same management team at Aon eSolutions will now be responsible for leading Ventiv Technology.

Prior Aon eSolutions leaders who are part of the extended management team at Ventiv Technology include:

Kathy Burns is the CEO of Ventiv Technology. With more than 20 years of experience in the risk, insurance and technology space, Burns is responsible for defining the strategic direction for Ventiv Technology and executing on that vision.

Stephen Rhee is the chief operating officer of Ventiv Technology, with responsibility for leading the global client service and technology operations teams, strategy execution, M&A due diligence, and scaling the organization for organic growth.

Nick Pessimisis is the chief financial officer of Ventiv Technology. Pessimisis has more than 40 years of experience as a leader in finance, accounting and operations, focused on technology, service and software based companies.

Paul Holden is chief information officer of Ventiv Technology. As CIO, Holden is responsible for product development, architecture and technology operations of the organization that supports more than 270,000 users in nearly 70 countries.

Steve Cloutman is managing director of Ventiv Technology for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. With more than two decades of experience, Cloutman is responsible for business development and client management.

Monte Dalton is vice president of sales for Ventiv Technology. Dalton oversees a team of sales professionals in the U.S. and Canada. Dalton held the same position with Aon eSolutions.

Lisa Dragon will continue in her role as vice president of Client Services. In this role, Dragon is responsible for managing the implementation process for new and current clients as well as managing accounts for all Ventiv Technology products

Jonathan Lyons is vice president of architecture/forward development for Ventiv Technology. Lyons and his team are responsible for developing new technology to respond to the evolving needs of clients.

Tom Wimberly is the vice president of product management at Ventiv Technology. Wimberly is responsible for leading the product management and marketing teams, which provide innovative software, services and solutions to all clients.
