    People should be appalled that Boeing, once the gold standard for aircraft design and manufacturing, chose to short-cut the testing of the worlds largest plane. Someone at Boeing should be accountable to answer the question why? The short-sightedness and greed has cost it hundreds of millions of dollars in lost revenues and retro-fitting. What happened to Boeing’s Total Quality Process of “do it right the first time”? This is what’s wrong with American business.
