These toys wern’t manufactured by Mattel. They were manufactured by CHINESE MANUFACTURERS that were SUBCONTRACTED by Mattel. Doe’s anyone know if a Chinese manufacturer can be held LIABLE for the injury or property damage their products casue. Can injured Americans obtain recompence from a communist country? Or, if they are immune, is that just the price we, Mattel, and others LENAR (Chinese Drywall) PAY FOR “ALWAYS THE LOW PRICE”?

You can pursue your case in China, but I’m pretty sure you will get the same response. Did you ever read a liability coverage form?
