ProcessClaims, a provider of software connectivity and business process solutions for the Property and Casualty claims industry, has been chosen by Amica Mutual Insurance to streamline claims processing and provide vendor integration for all lines of auto physical damage.

Amica Mutual Insurance Company is a direct writer of personal lines insurance. By migrating Amica's current claims management process onto an automated configurable platform, Amica will have the ability to centralize data, communicate with vendors and increase efficiency by streamlining the overall process. This will reportedly reduce cycle time and allow Amica to manage and report on virtually every aspect of a claim.
