eDirectGlass, a global provider of Internet based software and services for the AGRR industry, announced that its flagship product, eDirectGlass TSM, is now GLAXIS-enabled allowing users to electronically manage claims invoicing with LYNX Services.
“We’ve broken down another barrier in the complexity of managing claims and invoices in this industry,” said Gary Hart, CEO of AMJ Logistics Inc. “Giving AGRR shops the ability to communicate invoicing to LYNX Services, without any additional fees, is welcome to anyone weary of having to pay to transact something as simple as an invoice,” continued Hart.
Beyond the initial enhancements, eDirectGlass is reportedly committed to the continuation of integrating other GLAXIS technologies including electronic dispatch assignments, parts procurement, claim initiation for LYNX Services customers and more.
“Beyond the savings of EDI or transaction fees, eDirectGlass users will also benefit from the additional technology that eDirectGlass has built around the GLAXIS services that will reduce rejects, even before the invoice is submitted,” said Hart. “Most rejects are due to the entry of inaccurate line items or items not approved with the dispatch. We definitely can help eliminate these errors and ensure success in the acceptance of the invoice.”
